How to Submit
Starting October 1st, click on the Submit Presentation button to complete the online submission form. Make sure you have all the information needed (outlined below) at the time of submission. All proposals must be submitted online. No faxed, mailed, or emailed proposals will be accepted. Please have the following information ready prior to submitting:
As there are a limited number of sessions/presentation spots to fill, please make sure the information submitted is accurate, complete and as comprehensive as possible so as to afford our presentation review committee the ability to have a thorough understanding of your presentation.
Accepted conference presenters will receive one complimentary full conference registration (does not include dinner or social events). No transportation, lodging, parking or honorariums are provided. Please note that registrations are non-transferrable and do not have a cash value. They may not be used in exchange with other complimentary registration offers.
