Isabella Riggs
Isabella Riggs currently holds a position with the Visiting Angels of Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and West Hollywood as an educational program manager and skilled digital marketing specialist. With a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and a concentration in Global Healthcare, Isabella utilizes her education and experience as a caregiver to pursue her deep commitment to enhancing care for seniors and advancing dementia education in California.
Most recently, she served as the Program Manager for a dementia education initiative funded by the Caring4Cal grant, a program dedicated to improving the quality of care for individuals living with dementia. In tis role, Isabella co-created and implemented a comprehensive caregiver training and recruitment program, successfully enrolling and supporting over 700 participants. Her innovative approach included the development of educational YouTube content, recognized by the California Department of Health Care Access and Information, and effective recruitment strategies that exceeded program goals.

Kathy Nelson
Kathy Nelson is a distinguished leader in the field of elder care, serving as the CEO of Trinity Care Services Corp, operating under the Visiting Angels brand in Sana Monica, Beverly Hills, and West Hollywood, California. Kathy hold a certification in Geriatric Case Management, and is a Certified Trainer for Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care, as well as Second Wind Dreams’ Virtual Dementia Tour. These qualification underscore her expertise in Dementia Care, a critical area of focus as the prevalence of dementia continues to rise.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Science Management from Pepperdine University, Kathy combines her strong business acumen with a deep commitment to improving the quality of care for seniors.
