LeAndra brings more than 25 years of experience across the spectrum of business and financial services to her work as a Professional Fiduciary. LeAndra’s work experience in various business platforms and skills with forensic accounting provide broad expertise to her work with court supervised and private trusts, estates, conservatorships and as agent for powers of attorney. With an MBA in Business Administration, Finance and Management, LeAndra takes an analytical approach to address problems and create solutions.

LeAndra has served as the Professional Fiduciary Association of California State (PFAC) State President and Treasurer as well as President of the Southern Region. She has also Chaired the Finance Committee and Co-Chaired the Education Committee.

LeAndra enjoys spending time with family and gourmet cooking. LeAndra cooks and volunteers through her church to feed and serve the community and has worked with local summer camps and youth organizations. LeAndra is a professional Scottish Kilt maker, having outfitted many young people performing in the community and internationally.

Susan Ghormley

Susan is a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary serving as court appointed conservator, trustee in private and court supervised trusts and special needs trusts, estate administrator, agent for powers of attorney and Advance Health Care Directives, and as guardian of the estate for youth. After many years as an attorney (now inactive with the State Bar of CA) successfully bringing nursing homes to court for neglect and abuse of elders, Susan sought to bring this expertise to working on behalf of those who need assistance due to age, infirmity or disability as a Fiduciary.

As an active member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC) Susan has served as State President, Vice President, Director of the Southern Region and Secretary of the Southern Region. Susan developed a Diversity and Inclusion Committee, has served as a Chair of the Education Committee.

In her spare time Susan has led an annual high school and college student trip to Mexico to provide day camp for 80 to 100 barrio children and construction projects in the poorest part of Ensenada for over 17 years, as well as participating in a monthly homeless project where meals are prepared and delivered throughout San Pedro, CA. Susan is a frequent speaker at Women’s Retreats.

Kelly Murphy Berlingeri, Esq., currently serves as a Court Attorney for the Superior Court of California, County of Ventura. She previously served as the court’s Probate Examiner, where she focused primarily on reviewing conservatorship, guardianship and special needs trust accountings. Prior to joining the court, for fifteen years Ms. Berlingeri practiced as a contract attorney with over twenty law firms in Ventura County, focusing primarily on fiduciary accounts and reports. Her private practice also emphasized estate planning, trusts, conservatorships, and estate administrations. Prior to opening her own firm, Ms. Berlingeri worked for five years for a civil litigation insurance defense firm in Camarillo, California. Before attending law school, she gained valuable and practical financial knowledge while working for six years at various financial institutions.

Judge Lund currently serves as the Presiding Probate Judge handling all probate, trust, conservatorship and guardianship of the person and estate cases in Ventura. He was appointed Superior Court Judge by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in December 2009. Judge Lund was named 2022 Judge of the Year by the Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association. Prior to joining the bench, Judge Lund was in private practice for 13 years, handling wills, trusts, probates, conservatorships and guardianships, and also served as a Probate Referee Assistant to Gregory R. Gose, California Probate Referee, assisting in the valuation of all kinds of probate estate assets.
