estate litigation Involving Real Estate in Probate, Trust & Conservatorships. Two Attorney’s will discuss
defense, resolution processes and case studies. A probate and partition referee will provide insights to
how to use both Probate and Partition Courts to diffuse litigation, limit fiduciary liability and obtain an
expedient resolution. An appraiser and broker will contribute to the discussion as to how valuation and
sale platforms will assist the parties with objectives required to value and or monetize the real estate.

In a breach of contract case involving a real estate agreement entered in 1924 regarding the establishment of a local cemetery, he achieved a judgment in favor of clients for the total amount of requested damages. Other noteworthy cases involved construction of the Metro Red Line, manufacturing of fire extinguishers for the engine bay of FA-18 fighter jets, and the manufacturer of French fry vending machines.
