FRES has tailored the sale of the real property to meet the unique requirements of the Fiduciary Client. FRES staff is trained to understand the differences in the Client’s roles as Trustee, Executor, Conservator, Receiver, and Bankruptcy Trustee.

Ruben earned his CCIM designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Manager…commonly referred to as the MBA for commercial brokers. Ruben calls upon his corporate experience working in Real Estate Sales and Construction Management for large corporations including Pepsi-Co, the Los Angeles Times and Jack-In-The Box to mentor his staff and to ensure physical issues at properties are identified and addressed.

Mary Makler is a Private Professional Fiduciary who has served as Successor Trustee, Executor of Decedent Estate, Agent for Power of Attorney, Probate Administrator, Conservator of Estate, Conservator of Person, and Agent for Healthcare.

Monica Goel, with over twenty-three years of legal experience, is a Certified Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law by the California Board of Legal Specialization. Her practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, probate administration, conservatorships, elder law, trust, and probate litigation. Her specialty in any legal setting is in handling sticky or complex situations. She primarily works out of the firm’s Irvine and Long Beach offices.

She has been rated “superb” by AVVO, named as one of the top estate planning attorneys in 2019 through 2024, by Super Lawyers in Trusts and Estates, and is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell.

Monica is a published author in the Daily Journal and OC Lawyer Magazine. She is a frequent lecturer on trust administration, probate administration, court accountings, liability for fiduciaries, and legal ethics in estate administration.

Monica was a member of the PVP panel for the LA Superior Court and routinely advises families on how to handle incapacity issues and appointment of conservatorship.

She was previously an adjunct professor at Cerritos College in the Certified Paralegal Program and at UCI in the paralegal program in Estate Planning.

Monica received her B.A. in History from UCLA in 1997, and her J.D. from the University of Southern California in 2000. She was the Trope and Trope Fellow in 1998 and was admitted to the Bar in December 2000.

Jennifer Bennett is a Care Consultant with The Key home care and has been in the care management and home care space for over nineteen years. 

Jennifer services all of California and has been a trusted advisor to the legal / financial disciplines. Jennifer works closely with families and clients in their time of crisis and need. Jennifer supports her clients with comprehensive assessments; care plans and consults with them on arranging licensed and bonded caregiving. She enjoys helping seniors age in place and thrive, wherever they call home. Protecting vulnerable seniors and special needs clients is her ultimate goal. 

Jennifer serves on the board of the Desert Estate Planning Council and holds the chair of Vice President. She is also an active member of the Riverside and San Bernardino Estate Planning Councils.
