D3 – Current And Up-coming Laws Affecting Real Estate Assets

The role of the fiduciary is to maintain and maximize the value of any real estate owned by the Client.
The real estate asset is there for the benefit of the Client, as needed, whether for its rental income, or
for the equity in the asset. The subject presentation focuses on understanding the current and up-
coming laws, recently enacted, that may affect the management and disposition of real estate asset(s),
and thereby their income potential and value. This presentation also aims to provide an update on the
current market conditions that directly impact asset valuations. The panel consisting of a seasoned real estate attorney, a property manager and real estate broker, will discuss real life experiences through
case studies all fiduciaries encounter in relation to asset management and real estate sales.
