Lena Huang
Alzheimer's Association
Lena Huang is a Community Engagement Manager at the San Diego and Imperial Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, where she works to spread awareness and educate communities about Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Lena is a San Diego native and holds a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego.
Terry Ehlke
Windward Life Care
Terry began working with Windward Life Care in 2013 with extensive nursing experience in acute care, psychiatric, home health, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing settings. A certified Director of Nursing in Long Term Care, Terry spent a decade leading a nursing team in a skilled nursing facility before beginning her career in care management. She joined the Windward Home Health team in 2019 as an RN Case Manager, before becoming the Director of Patient Care Services in 2020. Terry earned her bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, and is a Registered Nurse in California. Terry is also a certified Aging Life Care Manager.
Sarah Nudel
Windward Life Care
As Director of Clinical Services, Sarah leads Windward’s team of aging services professionals, including RNs, LVNs, MSWs, and certified Aging Life Care Managers, providing clinical supervision and ensuring quality of care. Sarah completed her undergraduate degree at UC Irvine, majoring in psychology and social behavior, and went on to obtain her master’s in social work from the University of Southern California. She is also a certified Aging Life Care Manager (CMC)and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). Since 2013, Sarah has worked as a clinician and manager in outpatient mental health settings, helping clients with severe mental illness and substance use disorders.
