can give the appearance that all that needs to be done to successfully sell a property is to check a series
of boxes and DocuSign. In order to thwart complaints from both beneficiaries and buyers, attention to

Teresa represented Private Professional Fiduciaries in complicated cases. Teresa was regularly appointed by the Court to serve as court-appointed counsel and Guardian ad Litem.
