Amiee Kushner

Amiee Kushner became a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary in 2022 and administered family trusts for several years prior.

Prior to pursuing her Professional Fiduciary license, Amiee worked for Alldomains and Melbourne IT during the breakup of the Verisign monopoly on the DNS system. She helped develop policies through ICANN on the deregulation and systematization of ccTLD domain name registrations. She was the CFO of the Bill Graham Archives and oversaw the financial aspects of estate issues and litigation over digital music and digital art rights and royalties. She was Director of Human Resources for the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a non-profit law firm that handles impact litigation on digital rights issues. She was additionally a member of the internal cyber security threat modeling team and software evaluation and selection team. She was Associate Director of Berkeley Hillel and was a previously licensed stock broker with a Series 7, 55 and 63 through Argonaut Trading, LLC. She has over 20 years of experience in finance, operations and human resources management.

Amiee holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Certificate in Professional Fiduciary Management for Trustees and a Certificate in Professional Fiduciary Management for Conservators from California State University, Fullerton.

She is Vice President of the Placer Chapter of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California, and is a member of the Gold Country Estate Planning Council
