The Honorable David L. Belz is a Judge for the Superior Court of Orange County in California. He was appointed in March 2009 by former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Shortly after his appointment Judge Belz was assigned to a Family Law courtroom. He served 5 years as a family law judge. During those 5 years he served on the Center for Judicial Education and Research (CJER) where he taught the overview course for judges newly assigned to family law.  He also helped produced online video webinar presentations for family law judges. In 2015, Judge Belz was assigned to a probate court. Judge Belz’ current assignment is to handle long cause/complex probate trials.

The Hon. Thomas H. Cahraman is a judge for the Riverside County Superior Court, appointed to the bench by former governor Gray Davis in 2001. Judge Cahraman received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Riverside in 1973 and went on to earn his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 1976. Prior to his appointment to the bench, Cahraman worked for 25 years in private practice. He was a sole practitioner when he got the call to the bench. While on the bench, he has presided over family law, general civil, felony and probate assignments. He has also served as a presiding judge with the Court from 2009 to 2010.

Hon. Glen M. Reiser (Ret.) has vast experience adjudicating and resolving thousands of complex commercial, real property/environmental, trust and family law disputes as a respected trial judge and litigator. Judge Reiser spent more than 20 years on the Ventura County Superior Court, serving as both supervising probate judge and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) judge for more than a decade. Prior to his appointment to the bench, he litigated hundreds of civil cases to successful conclusion in trial and appellate courts throughout California.

Judge Reiser regularly teaches California judges trust, probate, and conservatorships through the Judicial Council of California’s Center for Judicial Education and Research (CJER).

Judge Reiser is known for using his thoroughness, intellect, attention to detail and breadth of knowledge to develop creative solutions to disputes of all types.
