Hon. Judge Clifford L. Klein (Ret.)
The Hon. Clifford L. Klein (Ret.) joined Signature Resolution after a distinguished career as a superior court judge and as a prosecutor in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office. At Signature Resolution, he focuses on matters involving probate and trusts and estates, taking a calm and reasoned approach to help parties solve their most difficult disputes.
Judge Klein began his career as a deputy district attorney in Los Angeles County, where he prosecuted a variety of criminal cases. After becoming a superior court judge, he presided over the implementation of the nation’s first full-time juvenile mental health court, which addressed cases involving juvenile delinquents with serious mental health issues.

Vinny Jain is a seasoned real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in real estate management, asset management, brokerage, construction, rehabilitation projects, acquisition, disposition, and leasing of residential, commercial, office, and industrial properties. Vinny’s expertise in both operational and financial aspects of real estate distinguishes him as a unique asset to Ingenious’ executive team.
Prior to co-founding Ingenious Asset Group Inc., Vinny was the Head of Asset Management at one of Southern California’s Top 20 Real Estate firms, where he oversaw management of approximately 4,000 residential units and 4.1 million square feet of commercial/industrial/office space across 46 properties. Vinny was a Senior Asset Manager at JRK Residential Group, an apartment platform that owns and/or manages over 35,000 units nationwide and was recently ranked as the 30th largest apartment management company in the nation. At JRK, Vinny oversaw four Regional Managers and was directly responsible for a portfolio of 4,700 units in 4 States with annual revenues exceeding $30 million. His role included all facets of property management including revenue and expense optimization, multimillion-dollar renovation programs, operations, accounting, human resources and training.
