This 4-hour presentation will review the core competencies that are tested for on the licensing exam. It is assumed attendees will have completed or substantially completed their 30 hours of pre-exam courses. The course is divided into National and California subject matters.

Russ Marshall, NMG, CLPF
Russ Marshall is the owner of Marshall Fiduciary Services, a full service fiduciary business providing professional trust administration, conservatorship and decedent estate administration and real estate sales for fiduciaries. Russ is a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary and National Master Guardian. He was elected to the State Board of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California in 1999 and served on the Board for five years. He was elected President of PFAC in 2002-2003.
Prior to entering private practice, Russ was the Manager of Estate Administration for the Santa Clara County Public Guardian. He was elected to the Board of Directors and was served as President in 1993-4 of the California State Association of Public Administrators/Guardians/Conservators. He has been honored with a Life Membership in the Association.
Russ is certified by the National Guardianship Association as an Approved Educator. He has served on the Board of Directors of the National Guardianship Association and the Center for Guardianship Certification.
