Special Needs Trust Administration – How California Judges Evaluate SNT Trustee’s Performance

Join attorneys Kevin Urbatsch and Greg Lederman as they present their special needs trust cases before retired Los Angeles Probate Judge Mary House. The two will present their accounts and reports and petitions for instructions justifying the trustee’s purchase of a home, auto, paying caregivers, paying trustee fees, using ABLE and TrueLink cards, along with many other SNT administrative issues. The attorneys will respond to the judge’s inquires in a court room setting and provide written materials to supplement their arguments. For those who want to see how special needs trust decisions are interpreted in a real world setting, this program will provide you with first hand experience on what issues arise after the SNT decisions are made.
