Joshua W. Potter

Joshua Potter is managing partner of Potter Padilla and Pfau in Pasadena California. He has been providing representation to Social Security disability claimants for more than 45 years. He was a regular speaker at national conferences focused on Social Security disability. He is a published author, with works relating to Social Security Disability. Mr. Potter has lectured on Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and the Perils of Facebook to the National Organization of Social Security Attorneys and the National Fibromyalgia Associations. Mr. Potter has served as Chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Social Security Disability Section. He is a graduate University of La Verne College of Law, the University of London, School of Oriental and African studies and UCLA. He is admitted to practice in California and before the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Central District Court.
