Kimberley Deede

Kimberley Deede is Chhokar Law Group’s director of litigation. Before opening the litigation department at Chhokar Law Group, Kimberley spent over a decade developing her litigation skills, with a majority of her practice dedicated to trust and estate litigation. With over 20 years of boxing experience, Kimberley is a fierce litigator and takes pride in protecting and preserving her clients’ rights against aggressive opponents. Kimberley has represented clients in a variety of litigated matters ranging from financial elder abuse, trust invalidation, contested conservatorships, probate administration, contested probates, recovery of assets, accounting disputes, and a range of fiduciary duty violations.
