Paul Hargraves

Paul Hargraves started his real estate career in 1990 at the Encino office of Marcus & Millichap where after 6 years he was a Senior Associate selling foreclosed apartment buildings. In 1996 he joined his childhood friend Larry Bovshow at White House Properties selling over 500 foreclosed single family homes. In 1999 Paul came up with a new business model called the Family “Fix and Sell Strategy” and has sold hundreds of homes in a probate or trust since.

Paul Hargraves and Larry Bovshow formalized their partnership as Trust Properties USA Inc. Our business model turned the probate & trust real estate sector on its head. Trust Properties USA put families first! Instead of all the buyers and brokers looking to score a deal off of the estate during a time of great personal distress, Trust Properties USA put the needs of the family first. For every contingency the estate confronts Trust Properties USA has the process and procedures to deliver a professional solution at zero upfront cost.  Today, 24 years later we have offices throughout California in Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Bernardino, Riverside, San Francisco, Sacramento, San Jose, and now in Miami & Palm Beach Florida.

Paul Hargraves is married to his wife Kim of 32 years and has two daughters Emily & Camille. The Hargraves live next door to Larry Bovshow and his wife Shirley, on the same street they both grew up on!
