Philip Barbaro, Jr. began practicing law in Southern California in 1980. He is a partner of Barbaro, Chinen, Pitzer & Duke, LLP and is the firm’s primary litigator, focusing primarily in the areas of trusts, wills, conservatorships, elder abuse, undue influence and other probate related matters. He is a certified as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
