Vinny Jain is a seasoned real estate executive with over 20+ years of experience in real estate management, asset management, brokerage, construction, rehabilitation projects, acquisition, disposition, and leasing of residential, commercial, office, and industrial properties. Vinny’s expertise in both operational and financial aspects of real estate, distinguishes him as a unique asset of our executive team.
Throughout his real estate career, Vinny has been involved with several value-added acquisitions of undervalued distressed real estate assets, oversaw the rehab, turn-around, management, and then disposition of the assets. Over the years, Vinny has been directly and extensively involved with over 200 receiverships and probate Court matters, for multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, and uncompleted condominium projects in Southern California. Vinny’s extensive experience of Court procedures and reporting, property takeover and accounting, brings a unique blend of skills that strengthens the Ingenious’ executive team.
Vinny holds an MBA from Southeast Missouri State University, a Master’s in international business from Pune, India, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of Delhi, India. He is a Certified Property Manager® (CPM®), and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California.
